4 FC personnel martyred in Sibi blast

Four FC personnel were martyred and eight others injured in a roadside IED blast in Sibi area of ​​Balochistan.

According to local administration, the blast took place in Sangan area of ​​Sibi in which 4 FC personnel were martyred and 8 others injured.

Confirming the blast, Assistant Commissioner Sibi Sana Mah Jabeen said that six of the eight personnel injured in the blast were in critical condition and were undergoing treatment at CMH Sibi.

Security forces cordoned off the area after the blast and launched an investigation into the incident.

According to the administration, a preliminary investigation revealed that it was an ID blast while FC personnel were moving from one check post to another when the blast took place.

Balochistan government spokesman Farah Azeem Shah in a statement condemned the attack on a convoy of security forces in Sangan area of ​​Sibi.

He lamented the loss of precious lives in the blast and said that the sacrifices of the personnel killed in the blast would not be in vain.

He said that carrying out the mission of martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the security of their land was the top priority of the government and anti-national forces wanted to sabotage peace in Balochistan.

The Balochistan government spokesman said that the security forces have played an exemplary role in maintaining peace in Balochistan.

He said that the nefarious intentions of the enemy would fail and anti-national elements could never succeed in their goal by spreading terrorism.

Provincial Home Adviser Mir Ziaullah Langu strongly condemned the blast on a convoy of security forces in Sangan Tehsil of Sibi and expressed sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the blast.

He also directed to provide best medical facilities to the injured in the blast.
