Dollar to reach Rs 190 after IMF loan: Finance Ministry

Rana Ishaq Khan, the Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Finance in the National Assembly, has claimed that the price of the dollar will go from 190 to 210 after receiving money from the IMF, efforts are being made to increase the production of edible oil in the country.

The meeting of the National Assembly was held under the chairmanship of Speaker Raja Pervez Ashraf. In the meeting, the Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, Rana Ishaq Khan, said that after receiving money from the IMF, the value of the dollar in the country will go from 190 to 210. Rana Ishaq Khan further said that relief has been given to the salaried and poor sections due to rising inflation.

Speaker National Assembly told the House that the resignations of 11 members of Tehreek-e-Insaf have been accepted. In the meeting, Parliamentary Secretary Mehnaz Akbar presented the Inter-Governmental Commercial Transactions Bill 2022, while Federal Minister Murtaza Javed Abbasi moved to send the bill to the joint session as the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Amendment Bill was not approved by the Senate.
