Hamza Shahbazs petition for annulment of Chief Ministers election

A petition has been fixed for hearing in the Lahore High Court seeking annulment of Hamza Shahbaz’s Chief Ministerial election.

A petition filed by five members of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) including Sabteen Khan for annulment of Chief Minister’s election has been fixed for hearing in the Lahore High Court. The case will be heard by the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court tomorrow.

The petition takes the position that on the day of election, PTI and PML-Q members were expelled from the assembly at the behest of Hamza Shahbaz while the police forcibly stopped our voters from voting.

The text states that according to the law, the entry of a private person is prohibited in the session. How did the police enter?

The petition further said that Ahmed Saleem Baryar did not cast his vote but his name is in the list of voters, therefore the court should declare the appointment of Hamza Shahbaz as Chief Minister illegal.
