The highest rate of positive cases was recorded in Muzaffarabad at 7.69 per cent, followed by Karachi at 5.74 per cent and Islamabad at 2.7 per cent.

However, the positive ratio data for the city presents a vague picture, as higher ratios do not necessarily indicate an epidemic.

In Hyderabad, the second largest city in Sindh, the percentage of positive cases reached 50% on Friday but only 6 tests were conducted out of which 3 came back positive.
