Keeping in touch with friends is also beneficial for health

Scientists have said that not only do friends, loved ones, and acquaintances just say hello via email, text, or social media, they like it, but it can be better for their psychological health.

According to the American Psychological Association, the people in your circle are like social units. If we send them a message of well-being and mood, not only will your friends like it, but it will also have a positive impact physically and psychologically.

Peggy Love of the University of Pittsburgh and her colleagues insist that we humans are unaware of the importance of these small connections and often overlook them, but they can have many benefits.
