  • 2-3 Whole Red Chilies
  • 2 Green Cardamoms
  • 2-3 Cloves
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 2-3 Green Chilies
  • 1 Kasoori Methi
  • Salt To Taste

How to make Curd Paneer Sabzi 

First You Have To Mix The Pieces Of Paneer With Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder And Salt. Then You Have To Heat The Oil In A Flat Skillet Over Medium-High Heat. Then Put The Pieces Of Paneer In The Pan And Fry It Till It Becomes Light Brown From Both The Sides. Then Take Out These Pieces In A Plate. The Curd Has To Be Whipped With Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala Powder And Cashew Paste. And Now Keep It Aside. Now You Have To Make Thick And Creamy Curry By Adding A Tablespoon Of Gram Flour Or Flour To The Curd. Then Heat Oil In A Pan On Medium Heat. The Oil Left Over From Frying The Paneer Is To Be Put In The Same Pan.

Now As Soon As The Oil Is Hot, Add Dry Red Chili, Green Cardamom, Cloves And Cumin Seeds To It And Let It Crackle For 4-5 Seconds. Now Add Ginger And Green Chilies And Fry For 20-30 Seconds. Now Add Curd Whipped With Spices In The Pan. Then Cook It For 12-15 Minutes And Keep Stirring Continuously To Avoid The Curd From Bursting. Now You Have To Put The Fried Paneer Cubes In The Pan And Cook For 4-5 Minutes. You Can Add Little Water If The Curry Is Too Thick As Per Your Liking. Now Add Salt And Kasoori Methi And Cook For Another Minute. Then Serve Hot With Poori Or Roti.
