Shahbaz Sharifs arrival at the Turkish Presidential Palace was warmly

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has received Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif at the Turkish Presidential Palace.

At the reception held at the Presidential Palace, the national anthems of both the countries were played and a guard of honor was presented to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif.

Later, Shahbaz Sharif had a formal meeting with members of the Turkish cabinet, after which the Prime Minister called on Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Earlier, Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif accompanied by a delegation visited the mausoleum of Ghazi Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, laid a wreath and offered Fateha.

It may be recalled that Prime Minister Shahbaz arrived in the Turkish capital on a three-day official visit and this is his first visit to Turkey since taking office in April.

On the other hand, according to a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry, during the meeting, the Prime Minister expressed the importance of increasing the bilateral trade volume to 5 5 billion in the next three years.

The Foreign Ministry further said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif also highlighted the coordination between the two countries on regional and international issues.
