Shaheen ready to fly for big match with West Indies

The players of Pakistan cricket team have worked hard for a big match against West Indies and expressed hope that the series with West Indies will be good.

Wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan said that our top order is giving excellent performances in ODIs but due to excellent performances of top order, middle order performances are being ignored.

“When the players think we are perfect, then our downfall will start,” he said.

He wished that not one but five wicket-keepers would play in the national team. Praising Middle Order Harris Sohail, he said that Harris’ fitness and skills are of international standard.

Regarding bowling, he said that Pakistani bowlers are the best and there was a lot of talk about Pakistani bowlers in county cricket as well. The quality of bowling of our team is very high.

He termed Captain Babar Azam as a humble and excellent man and said that apart from cricket, Babar also has many virtues.

On the occasion, national team vice-captain Shadab Khan told reporters that there is pressure to represent Pakistan but hopefully there will be a good series against West Indies.
