The federal cabinet started considering three options including banning PTI

After the prohibited funding of PTI was proved, the federal cabinet started considering three options including ban on Tehreek-e-Insaf.

Prime Minister of Law Nazir Tarar has said that the Cabinet has started considering three options under the decision of the Election Commission regarding the prohibited funding case, in which the first option is to ban PTI as per Article (3) 17 of the Constitution. The matter should be sent to the Supreme Court for imposition.

According to Azam Nazir Tarar, another option for the federal government is to declare a foreign-aided political party and take the work forward. According to the Federal Minister, in the Hanif Abbasi case, the Supreme Court made the affidavit subject to the decision of the Election Commission.

The federal minister said that the third option of the federal government is that the Supreme Court can be approached directly to take action on the fake affidavit.

Meanwhile, Federal Minister for Energy Khurram Dastgir has said that he will go to the Supreme Court for full court on the Election Commission’s decision regarding PTI funding.

While holding a press conference in Islamabad, he said that the competent body has determined the facts, now the federal government has to go to the Supreme Court on this basis. We will request the Supreme Court to constitute a full court in this case. Justice was delayed for 8 years, now we want the Supreme Court to decide on it soon.

Khurram Dastgir further said that the broad-based democratic government should and will implement the constitution. He said that this gentleman kept taking money from outside. Today it was found out where the capital behind the fitna riot fascism came from in Pakistan since 2014. The person who was claiming to be righteous and righteous, his oath was false.

He said that Pakistani law does not allow any political party to take funds from a company established abroad and use this money for political purposes.
