The government has once again increased the prices of petroleum products

The government further increased the prices of petroleum products. According to the Ministry of Finance, the new prices will be applicable from 12 midnight.

The new price of petrol has been increased by Rs 14.85 per liter to Rs 248.74 per liter. The price of high speed diesel has been increased by Rs 13.23 paise to Rs 276.54 paise.

The price of light diesel has been increased by Rs 18.68 per liter, after which the new price has gone up to Rs 226.15 per liter.

The price of kerosene has gone up by Rs 18.83 and the new price has gone up by Rs 230.26.

Petroleum levy has been imposed on petrol at Rs 10 per liter while diesel, kerosene and light diesel have been levied at Rs 5 per liter.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the new prices will be applicable from 12 midnight.
