National cricket team wicketkeeper-batsman Zulqarnain Haider has fallen seriously ill.
Wicketkeeper-batsman Zulqarnain Haider says he suffered from stomach problems due to stale food during the league in Oman, which injured him and spread the chemical.
He said that he had undergone surgery at a local hospital but was awaiting the attention of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) due to financial difficulties. The wicket-keeper said that the board team had come to the hospital to collect the bill and hoped that the payment would be made soon.
On the other hand, Zulqarnain’s wife and daughter have appealed to the board to give a job to the wicket keeper, they need support so that they can take care of him.
It should be noted that Zulqarnain Haider has played 1 Test, 4 ODIs and 3 T20 matches for Pakistan.
